The Cotting School
Family Community
The Cotting Family Community
is open to enhance, enrich, and encourage communication.
We are open to all avenues of communication between
Cotting family and the administration, faculty,
and staff of Cotting School. We promote
open discussions and make suggestions for implementation
at Cotting School. View a photo of
a recent CFC meeting.
The Cotting Family Community works closely with all groups and seeks the advice and guidance of all existing groups. Through this parent-driven network, we work to improve and respond to every family and every student equally at all times.

The
Parent Advisory Committee
The
Cotting School Parent Advisory
Committee meets on a monthly
basis. The Committee sponsors
activities in support of
the School, acts as a sounding
board, and provides advice/feedback
to the School administration
with regard to programming
and issues of interest.
Openings on the Committee
occur from time to time,
and interested parents
should contact Pam Varrin,
Family Support Services
Coordinator. While direct
communication with the
School is always encouraged,
members of the Parent Committee
are also willing to discuss
issues constructively with
other parents and to relay
information to the school
administration.
The 2007/2008 Parent Committee members are: Joan Atchue, Janet Avola, Ro Cogliano, Meg Comeau, Wendy Dagle, Cheryl DiCiero, Missy DiPanfilo, Judi Doyle, John Drake, Liz Fahey, Robin Frost, Sandy Gillis, Eileen Lee, Barbara Locke, Linda Maddaluno, Kathy Martin, Suzanne Morse-Fortier, Heather Oliver, Maura Pennisi, Carl Quintal, Anne Randle, Mary Sethna, Mary Steuart, Kelly Tetrault, and Eric and Karen Young. .

 The
Cotting Philosophy

This quilt — a gift to the School from Mary Ann Orlando,
mother
of an alumna from the Class of 2002 — is a succinct expression
of Cotting’s philosophy: no matter what challenges students
and their families face, they can count on Cotting’s
faculty and staff to support them each step of the way.
